Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Napier District Court on 5 December 2007, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:

1984 Nissan Bluebird, Registration No. DMA709.
Against: Joshua Donald Evans.

1989 Honda Prelude, Registration No. TU2195.
Against: Huki James Patrick Moa.
