Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods

To: Go 4 Wood Systems Limited (in liquidation),

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007,
and in the matter of an asset finance agreement dated
the 20th day of August 2007 (“the security”):

Bank of New Zealand Limited (“the security holder”),
under the security, gives notice that on 12 May 2008 the
security holder, under the security, entered into possession
of the secured property.

The description of the secured property is:

These goods are currently located at 104 Whites Road,

   mortgagee under mortgage 5964715.2 over the property
   located at 28 Mount Hobson Road, Auckland, described
   in Computer Interest Register 82941, North Auckland
   (“the property”) has taken peaceable possession of the
   property on 14 May 2008.
