Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trust Boards

Section 26(3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the
dissolution of the following trust boards ought to be revoked
and has declared accordingly:

Baptist Mid-Missions of New Zealand (2 November
1995).

The Gold Card Trust (16 June 2005).

With this publication such trusts are revived from the date of
this dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken
place.
