We, Grant Robert Graham and Brendon James Gibson,
hereby give notice that on 15 May 2008, we were appointed
joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and
undertakings of ICPBio Limited, ICP Biotechnology
Limited, ICP Holdings Limited and ICP Biologicals Limited
pursuant to general security agreements dated the 15th day
of December 2005, the 17th day of January 2008, the 17th
day of January 2008 and the 7th day of October 2005
respectively.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the General
Security Agreements: All assets and undertakings of the
companies.
