Copies of the scheme and the report of the Deputy Solicitor-General (in exercise of the functions of the Attorney-General under section 9A of the Constitution Act 1986) may be inspected, free of charge, at the office of the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland or at the offices of Macalister Mazengarb, Solicitors, Laptop House, 23 Waring Taylor Street, Wellington, solicitors for the trustees.

The application has been set down for hearing in the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday, 11 June 2008 at 10.00am.

Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Auckland and to the solicitors for the trustees, and the Attorney-General not less than seven clear days before the above-mentioned date.
