The name of the following company was returned to the New Zealand Register of Companies on 13 May 2008:

Pilot’s Marketing Limited. 917424.

It had been removed incorrectly on 3 April 2008 under section 318(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993 (New Zealand Gazette, 28 February 2008, No. 41, page 1155).

The Registrar considers that it is proper that the Register be corrected and gives this notice accordingly.
