Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

Take notice that on 24 January 2008, an application for putting Amur Properties and Construction Limited ("the defendant company") into liquidation was filed at the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on 30 May 2008 at 10.00am.

Any person, other than the defendant company who wishes to appear at the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before 30 May 2008.
