Municipal Chambers Limited (in liquidation)

Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 23 April 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Municipal Chambers Limited be liquidated and that Jugdis Hira Parbhu, chartered accountant of Ross Melville PKF, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 23 April 2008.

Notice is hereby given by the liquidator, pursuant to section 245(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that:
