Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground, to be known as Mangatakauere Māori Reservation, for the common use and benefit of the Patu Koraha hapū, Te Paatu hapū and Ngāi Tohianga hapū.

Declaring Māori Freehold Land to be Included in a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be included in the existing Māori reservation in respect of the land known as Part Kaipikare 15A Block which was set apart for the purpose of an urupā for the common use and benefit of the iwi of Ngāti Mutunga by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 August 1995, No. 77, page 2126.

All that piece of land situated in Block VIII Waitara Survey District containing 29 square metres being the circular area of land as delineated on ML Plan 387418 and being part of the land comprised in Computer Freehold Register 291090 to be included in the Kaipikare Māori Reservation for the purpose of an urupā for the common use and benefit of the iwi of Ngāti Mutunga and described as follows:
