memorandum of mortgage 7461872 (Canterbury Registry),
first received income from the commercial property situated
at 199–201 Cashel Street, Christchurch, being the property
comprised and described in Computer Freehold Registers
CB11B/1192 and CB11B/482.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

Pursuant to Sections 137, 139 and 156 of the Property Law Act 2007

Notice is hereby given that Advanced Securities Limited
(“the mortgagee”), as mortgagee under mortgage 7531285.3
over the property located at Kawarau Gorge Road, State
Highway 6, Cromwell, described in Computer Freehold
Register 2351 (Otago Land Registry) (“the property”),
applied to the High Court at Dunedin on 27 March 2008,
for an order that possession of the property be granted to
the mortgagee and the Court duly made the order thereby
granting possession to the mortgagee.

   for an order that possession of the properties be granted

2. the mortgagee is therefore deemed to have entered into
   possession of the property on 7 April 2008.
