Charitable Trusts Act Notices

Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trust Boards

Section 26(3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of the following trust boards ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

• Gospel Chapel (Marton) Trust Board Inc. 210537 (2 June 2005).
• Ngaruawahia Lions Literary Trust 211111 (19 October 1995).

With this publication such trusts are revived from the date of this dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.
