David Donald Crichton and Keiran Anne Horne, chartered accountants of Crichton Horne & Associates Limited, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court on 16 April 2008 at 10.37am.

The liquidators fix 16 May 2008, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
