Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. A. Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is to be acquired for use in connection with a road (motorway purposes) and shall vest in the Crown, and further declares, pursuant to section 52(1), shall be set apart for local purpose (stormwater detention) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in the Waitakere City Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
