Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 11 April 2008, it was resolved by special resolution of
shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies
Act 1993, that Regent Seafoods Limited be liquidated and
that Graeme Bruce Clark, chartered accountant of Ross
Melville PKF, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 11 April 2008.
