Reserves Act 1977

Classification of Reserves—Hamilton City

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Hamilton City Council hereby classifies the reserves described in the Schedule hereto as recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Classification of Reserves—Hamilton City

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Hamilton City Council hereby gives notice that the reserves described in the First Schedule hereto are classified as recreation reserve, the reserves described in the Second Schedule are classified as local purpose (esplanade) reserve, the reserve described in the Third Schedule is classified as local purpose (amenity) reserve, the reserves described in the Fourth Schedule are classified as local purpose (cycleway) reserve, the reserve described in the Fifth Schedule is classified as local purpose (access) reserve, and the reserve described in the Sixth Schedule is classified as local purpose (plantation) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
