Pursuant to section 17(1) of the Public Works Act 1981,
and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares
that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the portion of land described in the Schedule to this notice is
hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Waikato
District Council on the date of publication of this notice in
the New Zealand Gazette.

and substituting

the Second Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and,
pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in
Computer Freehold Register 406552
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
