Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed liquidator of the following companies in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by passing of a special resolution by entry in each company’s minute book on 27 March 2008 at the times stated:

• Camberwell Properties Limited at 1.07pm.
• Clapham Investments Limited at 1.07pm.
• Henley Finance Limited at 1.07pm.
• Manchester Group Limited at 1.08pm.
• Windsor Group Limited at 1.08pm.
• Timaru Investments Limited at 1.09pm.
• Gloucester Properties Limited at 1.10pm.
• Cranley Investments Limited at 1.10pm.
• Madras Towers Limited at 1.10pm.
• Mandeville Village Inn Limited at 1.11pm.

The director for each company previously passed resolutions declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator these companies would be able to pay their debts.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a meeting of creditors. Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
