(iii) the area described in the Fourth Schedule shall
revert to the bed of the North Branch Kowai River
on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand
Gazette.

Road Realignment—Lethbridge Road, Otorohanga District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation
from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair
Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described
in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the
Otorohanga District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the
portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this
notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in
Computer Freehold Register SA25D/471, subject to mortgage
5125768.3.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator of the East
Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of
Conservation authorises the exchange of that part of the
local purpose reserve described in the First Schedule for
the land described in the Second Schedule.

Classification of Reserves
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservation
Support Manager for the Wellington Conservancy of the
Department of Conservation classifies the reserves described
in the Schedule as reserves for recreation purposes, and
further declares the said reserves to form part of the
Whitireia Park Recreation Reserve be administered by
the Whitireia Park Board.
