Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

To: Kingi Peter Stanley Martin and Winifred Martin,
24 Deanwell Avenue, Hamilton.

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007,
and in the matter of mortgage instrument 6894285.5
(South Auckland Registry) ("the mortgage"):

TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited ("the mortgagee")
under the mortgage, gives notice as follows:

1. On 19 March 2008, the mortgagee under the mortgage,
   entered into possession of the mortgaged property.

2. The description of the mortgaged property is Lot 126
   DP S13491 in Computer Freehold Register 11A/466
   (South Auckland Registry) being the property at
   24 Deanwell Avenue, Hamilton.

3. The address of the mortgagee’s registered office is
   Level 5, 10 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.

on his retirement as a Member of the Supreme Court of
New Zealand on 5 May 2008; and

John William HANSEN
on his retirement as a Judge of the High Court of
New Zealand on 11 April 2008.

Building Act 2004

Notice of Appointment

Under section 261(1)(a) of the Building Act 2004, I, Katrina
Bach, Chief Executive of the Department of Building and
Housing ("the chief executive"), appoint as the product
certification accreditation body:

The Joint Accreditation System of Australia and
New Zealand (JAS-ANZ), a body corporate established
under the Diplomatic Privileges (Joint Accreditation
System of Australia and New Zealand) Order 1998,
made pursuant to section 9 of the Diplomatic Privileges
and Immunities Act 1968.\n
This appointment is effective from the date below and is
revocable by the chief executive under section 261(1)(b) of
the Building Act 2004.

The chief executive and JAS-ANZ intend to enter into a
separate arrangement to record how they will work together
during the term of this appointment.

Pursuant to section 31 of the Fair Trading Act 1986,
the Minister of Consumer Affairs gives the following
notice.

Notice

1. Title—(1) This notice may be cited as the Unsafe Goods
   (Tian Mao Water Colour Paint Sets) Notice 2008.

(2) This notice is effective from the date of publication in
the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Certain water colour sets declared to be unsafe goods
   —The goods described in the Schedule to this notice are
   declared to be unsafe goods.

Schedule

(a) Water colour paint or painting sets for art and crafts
packaged under the name Tian Mao;

(b) water colour paint or painting sets with the product code
TM-9018; and
