Notice of Vacancy in Seat in House of Representatives

Pursuant to section 134(1) of the Electoral Act 1993,
I, Margaret Anne Wilson, Speaker of the House of
Representatives, give notice that Dianne Fae Yates has
resigned her seat in the House of Representatives with effect
at the close of Friday, 28 March 2008, and that the seat is
vacant by reason of that resignation.
