Subsequent to the directors of the companies filing
resolutions at the Companies Office, pursuant to section
243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), stating
that on appointment of liquidators the companies would
be able to pay their debts, Victoria Toon and Peri Micaela
Finnigan, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed
as joint and several liquidators of the companies by special
