Fisheries (Seabird Sustainability Measures—Bottom Longlines) Amendment Notice 2008 (No. F440)

Pursuant to section 11 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister of Fisheries gives the following notice.

Notice

Title—(1) This notice is the Fisheries (Seabird Sustainability Measures—Bottom Longlines) Amendment Notice 2008 and is part of the principal notice.

(2) In this notice, “principal notice” means the Fisheries (Seabird Sustainability Measures—Bottom Longlines) Notice 2008 (No. F430)*.

Commencement—This notice comes into force the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
Commencement of the principal notice—Clause 2 of the principal notice is amended by replacing

“28 days after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette”

with

“12 April 2008”.
