Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice
to be road which, pursuant to section 60(2) of the Transit
New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of State Highway 3
and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this
notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this
notice is to be acquired for road which, pursuant to section
60(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, shall form part of

of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,

(a) Declares that, an agreement to that effect having
been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to
this notice is hereby acquired for education purposes and
shall vest in Her Majesty The Queen on the date of
publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Declares the land described in the First Schedule is
subject to an easement right to convey electricity over that
part marked "A" on SO 373780 in favour of the land in the
Second Schedule hereto, on terms and conditions as set out
in Schedule 4 of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002.
