Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

The company is an Australian registered company that is also registered as a branch in New Zealand ("the branch"). Subsequent to a declaration of solvency being filed at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the company was placed into a members’ voluntary liquidation on 14 December 2007.

Notice is hereby given by the liquidator that the branch intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand and be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of the publication of this notice in accordance with section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
