Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

We, Stephen John Tubbs, chartered accountant, and Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court on 3 March 2008.

The liquidation commenced on our appointment.
