AUSTRALIA – NEW ZEALAND CLOSER ECONOMIC RELATIONS TRADE AGREEMENT

Rules of Origin – Determination in respect of Imported Materials

Decision in respect of application 2007/1 (A, B & C)

In terms of Regulation 33 (2)(d)(iii) of the New Zealand Customs and Excise Regulations 1996, I hereby determine
the following goods to be manufactured raw materials for the purposes of paragraph 1(c)(ii)(III) of Article 3 of the
Australia – New Zealand Closer Economic Relations Trade Agreement 1983.

This determination is effective from 6 February 2008.
