Right of Way Easement

2. The use of the right of way is open to the Crown,
   Her servants, agents and workmen and members of the
   public who shall have full, free and uninterrupted and
   unrestricted rights from time to time and at all times at
   their will and pleasure, to go, pass and repass over and
   along the right of way;

3. the right of the public under clause 2 is restricted to foot
   access only; and

4. the Crown shall be responsible for the maintenance of the
   right of way.

Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand,
declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having
been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this
notice is, together with a right of way easement in transfer
538121, acquired for scenic reserve purposes and shall vest
in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the
New Zealand Gazette.
