Registration for all creditors and employees will open at 8.30am and close at 8.50am, with the meeting commencing at 9.00am.

Agenda

1. The purpose of the meeting is:
   (a) to review the report of the administrators in connection with the business, property, affairs and financial circumstances of the company; and
   (b) for the creditors of the company to resolve that:
   (i) the company execute a deed of company arrangement; or
   (ii) the administration should end; or
   (iii) the company be placed in liquidation.
