(a) the number of individual non-bank counterparties or
groups of closely related counterparties of which a bank
is not the parent to which the banking group has a peak
end-of-day aggregate credit exposure which equals or
exceeds 10% of the banking group’s equity, in
successive ranges of 10% of the banking group’s equity:
(b) the number of individual bank counterparties or groups
of closely related counterparties of which a bank is the
parent to which the banking group has a peak end-of-day
aggregate credit exposure which equals or exceeds
10% of the banking group’s equity, in successive ranges
of 10% of the banking group’s equity.
(2) The information disclosed under subclause (1) must be
calculated using the methodology set out in Schedule 6.
(3) A statement that the information disclosed under subclause (1)
excludes exposures to connected persons and to the central
government of any country with a long-term credit rating of A-
or A3 or above, or its equivalent.
9 Credit exposure to connected persons
(1) The following information for the most recent quarter of the
accounting period or interim accounting period (as applicable):
(a) the peak end-of-day aggregate credit exposure (of a
non-capital nature and net of individual credit
impairment allowance) to connected persons expressed
as an amount and as a percentage of tier one capital:
(b) the peak end-of-day aggregate credit exposure (of a
non-capital nature and net of individual credit
impairment allowance) to non-bank connected persons
expressed as an amount and as a percentage of tier one
capital.
(2) The information disclosed under subclause (1) must be
calculated using the methodology set out in Schedule 7.
(3) The following:
(a) a statement that the information required under
subclause (1) is net of individual credit impairment
allowance and excludes advances to connected persons
of a capital nature:
(b) a statement whether the limits on aggregate credit
exposure to connected persons and to non-bank
connected persons in the registered bank’s conditions of
registration have been complied with at all times over
the most recent quarter of the accounting period or
interim accounting period (as applicable):
(c) a statement of the nature and amount of any breaches of
the limits referred to in paragraph (b).
10 Statement about availability of general disclosure statement
and supplemental disclosure statement
A statement—
(a) that a copy of the registered bank’s most recent general
disclosure statement and supplemental disclosure
statement (if applicable) will be provided immediately
