Grant and Steven Khov, of Waterstone Insolvency, as joint
and several administrators.

Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is given that a meeting of creditors will be held at
the offices of Gaze Burt Lawyers, 1st Floor, 44 Corinthian
Drive, Albany, Auckland, on 26 February 2008 at 10.30am.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine:

(a) whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and,
if so,
(b) who are to be the committee’s members.

At the meeting, creditors may also by resolution:

(a) remove the administrators from office; and
(b) appoint someone else as administrator of the
company.

Notice to Secured Creditors

Notice is hereby given that any person who holds a valid
charge over the whole, or substantially the whole, of the
company’s property, has 10 workings days from the date of
the administration to enforce its security, failing which it
will lose its opportunity to do so, without specific leave of
administrators or of the Court.
