Notice of Vacancy in Seat in House of Representatives

Pursuant to section 134(1) of the Electoral Act 1993,
I, Margaret Anne Wilson, Speaker of the House of
Representatives, give notice that Brian John Donnelly
has resigned his seat in the House of Representatives with
effect at the close of Thursday, 14 February 2008, and that
the seat is vacant by reason of that resignation.
