Department of Conservation revokes the appointment of the Air Cadet League of NZ (Blenheim Branch) Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule and changes the purpose of the reserve from local purpose (air cadet league facilities) reserve to local purpose (community buildings) reserve.

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservator for the East Coast Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Napier City Council on 6 August 2008:

“In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Napier City Council resolves that the land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and is hereby declared to be Reserves within the meaning of the said Act as follows:

The first land is to be declared a recreation reserve.

The second land is declared to be a local purpose community buildings reserve.

The third land is declared to be a local purpose passive recreation reserve.

In the notice with above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 October 2008, No. 152, page 4043, in respect of part Lot 70 DP5179:
