The Māori Land Court/Appellate Court Sittings 2009 notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 November 2008, No. 177, page 4613 (go8602), is to be replaced with the following notice.

Māori Land Court/Māori Appellate Court Sittings 2009

Notice is hereby given that sittings of the Māori Land Court and Māori Appellate Court will be held during the year 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009 at the places and commencing on the dates referred to in the Schedule hereto.

The hour of commencement of each sitting (and the date and place thereof in the case of the Māori Appellate Court) will be notified in the pānui.

If any date referred to in the Schedule is varied, the varied date will be notified in the pānui.

Special fixtures may be arranged in accordance with the provisions of Rule 11 of the Maori Land Court Rules 1994.
