(a) classes of products, being interfering equipment and susceptible equipment as defined in section 2(1) of the Radiocommunications Act 1989; and
(b) the standards applicable to particular classes of products; and
(c) the level of conformity applicable to a class of product; and
(d) products that are exempt from the need to be the subject of a declaration of conformity.

Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Board of Trustees of Westport North School (3235)
Pursuant to section 78M of the Education Act 1989, I direct the Secretary for Education to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Westport North School Board of Trustees because of risks to the operation of the school and the welfare of its students.
The following functions, powers and duties of the board are vested in a limited statutory manager:
- All functions, powers and duties of the board as an employer (whether statutory or otherwise).
A limited statutory manager must also advise the board on the following:
- Reviewing and revising personnel policies and procedures;
- strengthening its governance capacity in respect of personnel management; and
- any other governance matters which may arise during the intervention.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
