1. On 15 December 2008, Prudential Mortgage Nominees Limited, of Christchurch, as mortgagee under mortgage instrument 6950308.3, entered into physical possession of mortgaged property owned by Riverway Couriers Limited, of Hastings. The mortgagee had been granted an order for possession through the Napier High Court on 18 September 2008 and a writ of possession on 27 November 2008.
