Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993, that the boards of directors of Power Systems Consultants New Zealand Limited (“PSC”) and System Studies Group NZ Limited (“SSG”) have resolved to amalgamate and continue as PSC.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the registered office of:

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993, that the board of directors of Egley Properties Limited and Wellington Electrical Wholesalers Limited (being the amalgamating companies) have resolved to amalgamate, with Egley Properties Limited becoming the amalgamated (continuing) company.

Further, all rights, obligations and liabilities owing by or to the amalgamating companies will upon amalgamation be transferred to the amalgamated company.

The date of the proposed amalgamation is 31 January 2009 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice).
