Land Acquired for Road—187 Old Kamai Road, Tauranga

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Conservator for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a local purpose (site for a kindergarten) reserve over the land described in the Schedule with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

Reserves Act 1977

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an error made in the notice described subsequently, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby revokes the notice headed Declaration That Land is a Reserve, dated the 9th day of August 2004 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 12 August 2004, No. 97, page 2448, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.

Declaration of Land to be Historic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council notifies that Lot 1 DP 63604 (Computer Freehold Register 20A/978) be declared as historic reserve in accordance with the requirements of section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977.

Naming of Reserves—Queenstown Lakes District

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby gives notice that a resolution to the following effect was passed by council on 28 November 2008.

"That, pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Lot 1 DP 387152 (1.35 hectares more or less) shall henceforth be known as 'Gibbston Community Reserve'.

Additionally, that, pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Queenstown Lakes District Council hereby declares that the land vested in the council and described as Part of Section 1 Block XV Town of Kingston, part of the paper road Jetty Street and part of Monmouth Street (0.96 hectares more or less) shall henceforth be known as 'Jetty Street Wetlands'."
