Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 February 2005, which was granted under those Regulations to Amanda Bird in respect of Mo Nga Uri o Te Ao Hou Childcare (34109), situated at Pine Drive, Murupara.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 October 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Kate Whitwell in respect of Newtown Playcentre (60042), situated at Rintoul Street, Newtown, Wellington.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre

Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 5 June 2008, which was granted under those Regulations to Stephen Piper in respect of I Kids Greta Pt – Pukeko (60091), situated at 310 Evans Bay Parade, Greta Point, Wellington.

This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Regional Education, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietor of the following school:

Lake Taupo Christian School.

The said supplementary integration agreement was executed on 2 December 2008.

A copy of the supplementary integration agreement is available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the local office of the Ministry of Education, Level 4, 1144 Pukaki Street, Rotorua.
