John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Cape Housing Limited by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on 24 November 2008 at 11.42am.
