TARIFF (STATISTICAL REQUIREMENTS)

AMENDMENT NOTICE (No. 1) 2008

PURSUANT to Section 10 (2) of the Tariff Act 1988, and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Commerce,
the Manager, Competition, Trade and Investment Branch of the Ministry of Economic Development gives the following
Notice.

NOTICE

Title – This Notice is the Tariff (Statistical Requirements) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2008.
Commencement – This Notice comes into force on 1 April 2008.
Statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical keys of
Tariff items 9401.30.00, 9401.40.00, 9401.61.00, 9401.69.00, 9401.80.00, 9403.30.00, 9403.40.00, 9403.50.00 and
9403.60.00, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the First Schedule to this Notice.
Certain statistical keys of certain Tariff items amended – The Tariff is hereby amended by revoking the statistical
keys represented by the Tariff items and codes 9403.90.00 09G, 9403.90.00 11J, 9403.90.00 19D, 9403.90.00 21F,
9403.90.00 29A and 9403.90.00 39J, and substituting the statistical keys specified in the Second Schedule to this
Notice.
