United Wheatgrowers (N Z) Limited
Commodity Levies (Wheat Grain) Order 2008
Levy for United Wheatgrowers (N Z) Limited
Pursuant to section 3 of the Commodity Levies (Wheat Grain) Order 2008, a levy has been imposed on and shall be payable by the producers of any wheat grain grown in New Zealand for sale or processing.
In accordance with section 11(1) of the Order, United Wheatgrowers (N Z) Limited has determined the rate of levy to be $3.25 per tonne (GST exclusive).
In accordance with section 2 of the Order, the period that this levy rate shall apply is 1 February 2009 to 31 January 2010 (both dates inclusive).

Wheat Industry Research Levies Act 1989
Levy for United Wheatgrowers (N Z) Limited Research Trust
Pursuant to sections 6 and 10 of the Wheat Industry Research Levies Act 1989, United Wheatgrowers (N Z) Limited have determined the rate of levy to be zero.
In accordance with section 2 of the Act, the period that this levy rate shall apply is 1 February 2009 to 31 January 2010 (both dates inclusive).
