Reserves Act 1977
Appointment of the Ngatiwai Trust Board to Control and Manage a Scenic Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation hereby appoints the Ngatiwai Trust Board to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule, known as the Motu Kauri Scenic Reserve, as a scenic reserve for the purposes of section 19(1)(b) of the Act.
Declaration That Land is a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manukau City Council hereby notifies that the following resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 9 October 2008 under minute number CL/OCT/1192/08:
"That Lot 1 DP 47333 (Computer Register NA1814/58), be declared to be local purpose (community buildings) reserve in accordance with the requirements of section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977."
