Extension of Submission Deadline for American Foulbrood Strategy Review—Notification Under Section 62(1) of the Biosecurity Act 1993 (Notice No. 1642)

This notice amends the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 September 2008, No. 143, page 3890, notifying a review of the Biosecurity (National American Foulbrood Pest Management Strategy) Order 1998.

This amendment extends the deadline for submissions on the report regarding the above order to 30 January 2009.

as commissioner to replace that board.

All functions, powers and duties of the board of Manawahe School are vested in the commissioner.
