The Companies Act 1993

The above-named company was placed into voluntary administration with effect from 5.00pm on 17 November 2008 by written resolution of the board of the company of even date.

Gareth Russel Hoole and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed administrators pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice of First Creditors’ Meeting

The administrators advise that the first meeting of creditors will be held at Mercure Hotel, 8 Customs Street, Auckland, on 27 November 2008 at 10.00am.

Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:

(a) deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and

(b) deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.

Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation

Take notice that on 29 September 2008, an application for putting Kudos Developments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Gisborne.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Gisborne on Tuesday, 25 November 2008 at 10.00am.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.

The plaintiff is Electus Distribution Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of its solicitors and duly authorised agents Turner Hopkins, Solicitors, 400 Lake Road (PO Box 33237 or DX BP 66504), Takapuna, Auckland. Telephone: (09) 486 2169. Facsimile: (09) 486 2160.
