Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes
Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Brian John Mitchell, Acting Group Manager Property, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby give the following notice.
Notice
- The land described in the Schedule to this notice is no longer required for education purposes.
- This notice shall come into force on 13 November 2008.

Te Roroa Claims Settlement Act 2008
Notice of Treaty of Waitangi Settlement Place Names for Te Roroa
Pursuant to section 83 of the Te Roroa Claims Settlement Act 2008 (“the Settlement Act 2008”), the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa hereby notifies new and altered official geographic place names (and their locations) in accordance with sections 82–85 of the Settlement Act 2008.
The first column of Schedule 1 below specifies new place names for the places described in the second column of Schedule 1.
The first column of Schedule 2 below specifies altered place names for the places described in the second column of this Schedule. The altered names will replace those names set out in the third column of Schedule 2.
Both the new and altered place names set out in the Schedules below shall take effect on 20 November 2008.
