Approval of Code of Ethical Conduct

I hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 91 of the Animal Welfare Act 1999, I have approved, for the period 1 January 2009 to 31 December 2013, the code of ethical conduct submitted to me by AgResearch Limited.

Supplementary Integration Agreement

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, acting through the Group Manager, Regional Education, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the proprietors of the following school:
