Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trust Boards

Section 26(3) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of these trust boards ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

• The Church in Hastings Trust Board (24 September 1997).

With this publication such trusts are revived from the date of dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.
