Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Amendment Notice No. 2, 2008

Pursuant to section 12 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (the Act), the following notice is given.

Notice

Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Amendment 2008 Notice No. 2, 2008

(2) This notice comes into force on 12 December 2008.

Revocation—This notice revokes and replaces the previous qualifications prescribed by the Optometrists and Dispensing Opticians Board for the Scope of Practice for Optometry (TPA Endorsement) (Optometrist with Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents (TPA) Endorsement) and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 March 2008, No. 63, page 1831.
