On 31 October 2008, we, Timothy Wilson Downes, of Auckland, and Richard Grant Simpson, both chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of income of the land and buildings of Eastside Trustee Limited, being all of the units in the Quba Building located on Mahuhu Crescent, Auckland City ("the property").

The receivers and managers of income have all the powers conferred upon a receiver in terms of the mortgages and by the law.

The appointment was effected pursuant to the powers conferred by a first registered mortgage over the property.
