Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, R. J. Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for the purposes of use, convenience and enjoyment of a road and remain vested in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Ahuroa Road, Ahuroa, Rodney District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ronald Alistair Jolly, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken, under section 119, and shall vest in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette, subject to section 27B of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991.

(c) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and remain vested in the Rodney District Council on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
